ORDER TRACKING

Following your purchase, we will send you a confirmation email with your order summary.

Bigarade is a small creative workshop. We handmake all of our products all the way to the packaging, where we use post cunsumption cardboard. These same hands then bring your package to Canada Post.

DELIVERY TIME

All your purchases are treated by us within the next two days following your order date. If your order was placed during a weekend or on a holiday, we will begin treatment on the next business day.

Hurry, since our products are all in limited edition!

– Quebec: 2 to 5 weeks
– Other cities in Canada: 2 to 6 weeks
– United States: 3 to 6 weeks

I DIDN'T RECEIVE MY PACKAGE

If you haven't received your package in the 6 weeks following your purchase, contact us by email or by phone.  Contact us here.


RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Your satisfaction is our first priority. Naturally, we accept returns if the product doesn't meet your expectations, within thirty days of the received date. We will completely refund the return fees.

In order for us to process your refund, join us by email a picture of your receipt and send your bank details. We will refund you upon receipt of the parcel.

We take great care to inspect every article before sending them to your home. If the merchandise happens to be defective or damaged upon reception, contact us at info@bigarade.io


I WISH TO ENJOY THE LIFETIME WARANTEE

At Bigarade, we offer to repair all of our fabrics in order to reduce our and your consumption and to have our products live forever. You simply have to send us the product back for us to fix and allow us ten business days following the reception of your package.

We will lovingly repair any of our products that become torn or holed. Unfortunately, we cannot fix stains or spots that have faded from washes.

IS ONLINE PAYMENT SECURE?

Bigarade is like a little family where we take great care of one another. Thanks to this family spirit, your security and the confidentiality of your information is primordial to us. We can assure you of the safety of your online payments.

For your protection, we use the PCI DSS system. The transaction is secured and assured byShopify with PCI security standard. Shopify uses 128 bit SSL encryption to ensure data remains secure for credit cards. Respecting credit card companies safety protocol, this system aims to improve the protection of your data bank and reduce the risk of fraud.

You can pay with a bank card: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Paypal. Because we are a small workshop, we cannot accept other methods of payments or payments by installments yet.


WHEN WILL MY BANK ACCOUNT BE CHARGED?

Your credit card will be charged once your order has been validated by us. If the charge does not appear on your account, please contact your bank for more information.


MY PAYMENT WAS REFUSED

In this case, we invite you to contact your financial institution.
